We all know that Tyra Banks isn’t afraid to get down to business and talk about some of the most uncomfortable things around but in a recent episode of the Trya show, she takes ‘surprise’ to a whole new level.
The Talk show host and ex model surprises Isis King who was the first transgender contestant on America’s Next Top Model with a sex reassignment procedure.
Isis revealed her story and her struggles with identity and why she hadn’t yet gone under the knife to have the procedure already. The 22-year-old explains how she couldn’t afford to pay for the surgery as it was going to cost anywhere from $20,000 to $35,000.
In the episode of the show, the once Top Model contestant opens up about life, and what its been like living without the surgery and how its something that would really change her life.
Isis tells Tyra, “It’s hard. I try not to think about it because it is something I’m really passionate about,” she says. “I feel like I really was born in the wrong body, and it’s just the one thing that makes me feel uncomfortable.”
For the first time ever, Isis revealed pictures of herself before the Top Model series of her as man which she had refused to show up until this point. She goes on to explain why showing these pictures to people would be so hard for her.
“I look at it like yes, I’m the first transgender contestant, but okay, lets move past it now,” King explains. “I’m just a woman trying to compete just like everyone else.”
The episode of Tyra with Isis King airs Tuesday.
Miley Cyrus spoke to E news recently at the premier of her new movie ‘Bolt’ and shed some light on the maybe idea of a reality series in the making.
Miley said, “I would want to be on a reality show like the Real World because I think that’s crazy,” The Disney Star told E news. “Anyone who would do that has some serious guts.”
Miley also spoke about her busy life and the things she enjoys the most, “I just want to be in a really nice house with cameras following me around,” Miley said, “I can just sit there, eat Cheet-os, read my book, hang out all day.”
The star also talked about the struggles of always being in the lime light and how people will try and spin anything into a story to make it sell. Miley tells E news, “Sometimes I’m not looking my best. I look like a mess, and I’m like I don’t want my picture taken right now.”
“I get comments like ‘She’s not looking her best today,’ and I’m like ‘I know, I’m not trying to impress you!’”

To all you crazy ‘Lipstick Jungle’ fans out there I have some very good news. The show is not being axed! And Brooke Shields herself confirmed it.
The 43 year old actress tells ‘Us’, “They thought that because My Own Worst Enemy has been shut down that the same thing had happened to us, and it’s not true,” Brooke, said.
“They’re not breaking down the sets. We’re still working. We still have more to do, so it’s erroneously presented that we’ve been canceled, thank God.”
Due to the change around on air time for the second season of Lipstick Jungle many viewers are simply just recording the show and watching it at a later time which is more convenient for them.
“They just need to figure out how to reconcile advertisers’ money because the advertisers don’t want you fast forwarding commercials.”

We all know Hilary Duff from when she was a very young age and staring on the ‘Lizzie McGuire’ show and from the many movie roles she’s scored over the years but are we about to see a lot more of this star?
Recent reports say that Hilary Duff has signed on with NBC to star in her own television series. The contract has apparently been said to last one year and will be renewed on the ratings of the show.
Teri Weinberg (executive vice president for NBC Entertainment) said recently in an interview that, “Hilary is an incredibly versatile talent with a huge following whose career we know will continue to soar on NBC. We are confident we will develop great ideas that would feature her vast talents and are thrilled to have this opportunity.”
With Hilary’s recent music endeavors and a racy new video for the single ‘Reaching Out’ many video music programs all over America have actually banned the video from being aired due to the sexiness and suggestive acting in the video.
Maybe a new television series is just what Hilary needs to boost her career and show people that she is in fact a grown adult now and she can be separated from the child in the Lizzie McGuire series.

Australian Idol said fair well to another idol contestant last night and are now continuing on in the all male top 3.
Last nights unfortunate Idol contestant that was sent home was Teal Jakubenko. I’m sure that Australian idol will greatly miss his talents not to mention that the female Australian viewers will be very sad to see the best looking guy in the competition go home.
With the final 3 left, it’s getting harder and harder every week to know who’s going to go home and who will be safe for another week. With the grand finale just over two weeks away, it really is any ones game right now and all of the three remaining men in the competition could all very well go home with the number one spot this year.
