Many people may not know this about the beloved teen super star but Miley Cyrus actually has a heart condition.

Miley reveals a lot in her new tell all autobiography ‘Miles To Go’ and in that she reveals to readers that she in fact has a heart disease called ‘Tachycardia’ where in which her heart rate exceeds that of a normal resting heart rate.

While this disease is not really life threatening and most people who are diagnosed with having it live a long and normal healthy life, Miley still feels like she needs to worry about it every now and then, “There is never a time onstage when I’m not thinking about my heart”.

In the book Miley also talks about how she tries to set a good example for all her young fans out there even though there have been some things in her past that may not seem like very good role model behaviour. “I try to be a good role model,” she writes, “and that’s why I think it’s too bad that lots of people hope to make money off my mistakes.”

Miley Cyrus reveals that she doesn’t hold a grudge against her ex Nick Jonas or any of the Jonas brothers for that matter.

“I know you guys saw me, I was hanging out with the Jonas Brothers at the inaugural [concert]. That was really good,” Miley said in her latest YouTube video. “And we are friends … I love the JoBros.”

Many people were even witnesses to Miley hugging ex lover Nick at the Kids Inaugural concert on Monday night.

“I love Nicky. I do love him,” she said. “I love Kevin. I love Joe. I love Frankie. I love all the boys.”

Miley also wanted to set the record straight about Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez:

“So everyones thinking there’s a big feud between me … and Selena and Demi. Actually, I’m going to have meatloaf with Demi tonight,” she said. “I’m riding my bike to Demi’s house. So I’m going to be partying with Demi ’cause we’re friends, and I love her and she is always there for me. She is one of my bestest friends.”

Before ending the video Miley told fans “And so we have moved on and it’s good for everyone else to too … so everyone needs to back off the feud, ’cause we’re over. I’ve always been one to be honest.”

It’s no secret that Miley Cyrus is a very talented young lady, one who just turned a whole year older and what better way to celebrate your 16th birthday than by performing on the America Music Awards.

Miley was one of the many musical acts who performed at Sunday nights American Music Awards and like the rest her performance definitely blew the crowd away.

Miley performed her new single and it was clear that she was having a ball on stage, after all it was her birthday.

Sunday nights 2008 American Music Awards was definitely the hottest place to be to catch all the best in the music biz.

The night’s events were kicked off with an amazing performance by Christina Aguilera which show cased the past decade of her musical contributions. The crowd went wild as Christina sang and danced along to many of the songs which have helped establish her as a renowned musical artist over the past ten years.

Other performers for the night included; Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Neyo, Taylor Swift and many more.

Many people even walked away with awards that evening. Chris Brown took home ‘Best Male Artist’ while his girlfriend and the very famous Rihanna took home ‘Best Female Artist’ in the pop/rock category while Alicia Keys Took home ‘Favourite Album’ for ‘As I Am’.

Chris Brown managed to take home the big prize this year of not only being crowned Best Male Artist but also ‘Artist of the Year’ which is the ultimate achievement at the AMA’s.

Miley Cyrus spoke to E news recently at the premier of her new movie ‘Bolt’ and shed some light on the maybe idea of a reality series in the making.

Miley said, “I would want to be on a reality show like the Real World because I think that’s crazy,” The Disney Star told E news. “Anyone who would do that has some serious guts.”

Miley also spoke about her busy life and the things she enjoys the most, “I just want to be in a really nice house with cameras following me around,” Miley said, “I can just sit there, eat Cheet-os, read my book, hang out all day.”

The star also talked about the struggles of always being in the lime light and how people will try and spin anything into a story to make it sell. Miley tells E news, “Sometimes I’m not looking my best. I look like a mess, and I’m like I don’t want my picture taken right now.”
“I get comments like ‘She’s not looking her best today,’ and I’m like ‘I know, I’m not trying to impress you!’”
