Beyonce and the Obamas Share Their First Dance Together
While the 2009 Presidential Inaugural Ball was definitely a moment which will go down in history for many years to come, many people all over the world who attended the event and tuned in to the live broadcast will remember the first dance shared between Barack and Michelle as President and First Lady of the United States.
Beyonce was honored with being the one to sing the great Etta James hit ‘At Last’ while Barack and wife Michelle took the floor and showed off their moves. The whole world stood still to watch the new President and his First Lady gracefully dance to the sweet sounds of Beyonce and they even brought a tear to many eyes.
Other celebrities who took part in the nights festivities were, Jamie Foxx, Mariah Carey, Shakira, Stevie Wonder, and Jay –Z just to name a few.
